I must say I’m a detail oriented person, and always put great pride in keeping things well trimmed out, so I was nervous about getting the same level of care that I have always taken such pride in. I will say Cooper put me at ease from the very get go, with the same level of care that I had, and that level of care never wavered the entire year. 5 out of 5 starsI had the best experience with Northern Lights. I needed a yard cleanup so I called and Cooper came out to give me an estimate. He came when he said he would. We walked my property and I explained what I wanted. Cooper explained what he would do to accomplish my goals and later that day I had an invoice to approve outlining the cost for each item. Cooper explained that breaking it down would allow me to give priority to items if I wasn’t able to do it all at once. I appreciated that but I decided to do the complete job. He came out to get started and I was so pleased with his work. All the leftover leaves and junk from Fall and winter was gone. Flowerbeds all cleaned up and ready for planting. I wasn’t home when he did the work but when I drove up I could see the difference immediately. And besides my satisfaction with the work done, I was so happy with Cooper’s professional communication. He answers questions and if I texted him he responded in a reasonable time frame. I have not had that with others and it is so appreciated. Cooper will be doing weed and fertilizer services later in the Spring and I am very confident that over time, my yard will begin to improve. See more See less
